The first Super MILLION$ final table of 2022 is upon us with nine superstars returning to GGPoker from 6:00 p.m. GMT on January 4 to fight it out for the $485,234 top prize. Pascal Hartmann is the man to catch when play resumes, but the chasing pack is brimming with talent, not least GGPoker ambassador, Jason Koon.

Hartmann won this event almost exactly a year ago, and took home $454,908. He now has the chance to win an even larger sum. Hartmann won his $10,300 seat via a $1,500 satellite, which means he is guaranteed a massive return on his investment. The last time Hartmann reached the Super MILLON$ final table he finished fourth. Sitting down with 6,658,477 chips (111 big blinds) suggests Hartmann will go deeper this time around.

Christian Rudolph has reached what is his sixth Super MILLION$ final table, and is searching for that elusive victory. Rudolph has won most titles poker has to offer, and you can bet your bottom dollar he will be going all out to take this event down. Rudolph returns second in chips with a 4,674,857 (77.9 big blind) stack.

Jakob Miegel

Third-place at the restart with 3,137,336 (52.3 big blinds) is Jakob "lechayim" Miegel. The Austrian has turned his $800 satellite entry into at least $60,654, which is a healthy return, especially as this is the first time Miegel has cashed in this event in eight attempts. Miegel has more than $2.3 million in GGPoker winnings, will he have another $485,234 by the time the curtain comes down at this final table.

Russian grinder "spaise411" is another player who won their Super MILLION$ seat via an $800 buy-in satellite. That $800 is now worth 3,033,659 chips (50.1 big blinds). Season 2 has not been kind to spaide411, who has entered 12 Super MILLION$ tournaments but only banked $27,478. The Russian now has the perfect opportunity to get into the green.

Jason Koon
Jason Koon

He may sit down at the final table in fifth place courtesy of his 1,801,637 chips (30 big blinds) but there will be many eyes on GGPoker ambassador Jason Koon. The man who recently won his first WSOP bracelet rarely puts a foot wrong whenever he plays. This is Koon’s fourth Super MILLION$ final table, with a fourth-place finish in July 2020 being the deepest he has gone.

Finnish pro Markku Koplimaa finished fifth in this tournament on November 28, 2021, and walked awa with $122,994. He needs sixth-place or better tonight to beat that prize. Sitting down with 1,474,441 chips (24.6 big blinds) makes Koplimaa one of the shorter stacks, but he is essentially freerolling having won his way into this week’s tournament for only $1,500.

Roland "Gwriden" Rokita has 1,252,461 chips (20.9 big blinds) in his arsenal at what is his first Super MILLION$ final table appearance. Some 17 GGPoker players are hoping for some Rokita success because he sold 80% of himself at 1.01 markup via the inbuilt staking software.

Mark Radoja
Mark Radoja

Two-time WSOP bracelet winner, Mark Radoja, is the second-shortest stack going into the final table courtesy of a 1,131,606 stack (18.9 big blinds). Radjoa has plenty of work ahead of him if he is to secure his first Super MILLION$ title, but he is more than capable of turning things around. Radoja has more than $5.7 million in GGPoker winnings, you do not reach that sum without doing something right.

Finnish star Samuel Vousden is the man brining up the rear when play resumes. He has 865,526 chips (14.4 big blinds) at his disposal, so requires a double up sooner rather than later. This is definitely the case if he wants to at least match his runner-up finish from August 2021.
