The top 42 finishers won at least €1,530 for the efforts. Such luminaries as David Lappin, Jason Tompkins, Andrew Grimason, and Will Kassouf finished in the money. Kassouf bused in eighth place for €7,450 only days after winning the UKIPT Dublin High Roller event.
Dubliner Richard O'Neill's time at the final table was short-lived because he crashed and burned in sixth place, a finish good for an €11,150. Remus Matache was eliminated in fifth place despite entering the final table as by far the shortest stack. Matache turned his €1,100 buy-in into a career-best €14,500.
The final four became three when Manish Rawal bowed out and got his hands on €18,840. Rawal's previous largest cash tipped the scales at €1,120 so this five-figure score is definitely an upgrade.
