"Serebity_p" Tops 2,321 Entry Field for EPT Online Glory
After their second-place finish in last year's EPT Online Event 11: $1,050 NLHE, "Serebity_p" went one better to take down EPT Online Event 10: $215 NLHE 8-Max for $68,535.
Just 13 of the 2,321 entries, which created a $464,200 prizepool, made it through to Day 2 with Russia's "SiladuS" returning as the start of day chip leader. Each player had locked up $2,322 but of course all eyes were on the title and the $68,535 up top.
It would take just a little over two hours for the event to conclude with Luis "figalex25" Figallo being the first final table casualty. "SiladuS" and Arturs "ARTSchGamble" Scerbaks departed next before "RoBnbly Par9", "KKgustavoKK" and "Dawid8702" hit the rail in quick succession.
When the dust settled after heads-up play, "Serebity_p" was the last player standing after defeating "BlurryFace4".
PokerStars Ambassador Lex "L.Veldhuis" Veldhuis (30th - $1,258) also cashed the event but failed to jump over the first hurdle.

No Tears For Sweden's "IsnapUcry" Following Dominant Final Table Display in The Return of Arena Championship
Following the bursting of the money bubble in Day 1, only 175 players progressed to the final day of EPT Online Event 11: $1,050 The Return of Arena Championship.
Thanks to the $1,205,000 prizepool, all remaining players had a guaranteed payday of at least $2,264. Notable players such as Andras "probirs" Nemeth (16th - $6,138), Christoph "26071985" Vogelsang (66th - $3,728), Diego "Die Ventura" Ventura (34th - $4,402), Thorsten "juicetus" Legit (15th - $7,248) and and Bernardo "Machadada RS" Rocha (9th - $12,634) all made the money but ultimately fell short of the final table.
PokerStars' Parker "tonkaaaa" Talbot was also among the Day 2 eliminations with his 27th place finish good for $5,198.
Play slowed considerably once the players reached the final table. Csaba "csaba333" Szasz was first to go by runnings pocket kings into the pocket aces of final table chip leader “IsnapUcry”. An ace hit the board and Szasz had to settle for eighth and $17,722.
Next out was "Jepser8" ($24,862). First, "Jepser8" ran pocket queens into the pocket aces of "BrowarFans" to get short and in the next hand, the ace-jack of "Jepser8" could not hold against the ace-eight of “IsnapUcry” and play moved to six-handed.
Kyriakos "9cream4" Papadopoulos ($34,878) went out in sixth after losing two pots to "IsnapUcry". Papadopoulos lost most of his chips when his spade flush was no good against his opponent's full house. A few hands later Papadopoulos could not hold with pocket jacks against the chip leader's queen-nine and was eliminated.
Fifth place went to Casimir "Ceis25" Seire ($48,928). Seire shoved the small blind with king-nine into the ace-six of "IsnapUcry" and hit the rail. "cynicalfish" ($68,639) followed in fourth after ace-queen suited could not crack the pocket tens of “BrowarFans”.
"BrowarFans" ($96,291) didn’t last much longer and exited in third after running pocket queens into the aces of "vadanas".
Heads up began with "vadanas" and "IsnapUcry" dead even in chips and they agreed upon a deal, but "IsnapUcry" quickly took control. "Vadanas" spiked the river to survive one all in to make a better two pair, but on the very next hand "IsnapUcry" shoved the river with a pair tens, and "Vadanas" called with a pair of sevens. "Vadanas" would bow out in second for $158,494.

Samuel "€urop€an" Vousden Adds EPT Super High Roller Title to Résumé
Samuel "€urop€an" Vousden emerged victorious after almost two and half hours of play in the final table of Event #12: $10,300 NLHE [8-Max, Sunday Super High Roller], $1M Gtd - Trophy Event #6. Vousden, who won his maiden WSOP bracelet this summer, reigned supreme in the 122-entry field for his third largest career cash of $267,407.

''Vershinin'' was ousted next by Viktor "papan9_p$" Ustimov's before Timothy "Tim0thee" Adams knocked Laurynas "LaurisL91" Levinskas out with pocket deuces. Vousden would make it a hattrick of final table eliminations after he felted Adams and Niklas "Lena900" Astedt in fifth and fourth place respectively.
Vousden had a huge chip advantage going into three-handed play and consistently applied pressure to his opponents, scooping a lot of small pots until Brito and Ustimov were left with less than twenty big blinds. Brito took third-place after his pocket nines couldn't beat the jack-ten of Vousden. Ustimov was then on the wrong side of a cooler after getting it all-in with a flush, only to be bested by the Vousden's
