Benny "RunGodlike" Glaser Takes Down $215 PLO PKO Event For $29,547]
Benny "RunGodlike" Glaser won his sixth SCOOP title of his glistening career on Day 15 of the 2021 SCOOP. Glaser came out on top of a 1,085-strong field in the $215 PLO 6-Max Progressive Knockout event.
Glaser, a three-time WSOP bracelet winner, came away with a combined prize worth $29,547, $14,729 of that sum stemming from the bounties he collected on his way to yet another victory. A significant chunk of that bounty payment came from eliminating "HugoBozz888" of the Netherlands when the tournament was heads-up. Glaser won the Dutch grinder's bounty plus the payment on his own head.
We have to give a shout-out to seventh-place finisher "MPLBRUTUS" of Belgium who burst the final table bubble. The Belgian's bounty payment weighed in at $5,656. Only Glaser and runner-up HugoBozz888 ($6,325) managed to secure more money from the bounty prize pool, going to show how profitable PKO tournaments can be for aggressive players.
