Kannapong Thanarattrakul is a professional poker player hailing from Bangkok, Thailand, and a member of the Natural8 ambassador team.
Thanarattrakul enjoyed several live poker tournament cashes between 2018-2022 but drew a blank in 2021 like many live poker grinders, because of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, upon his return to live tournaments, Thanarattrakul exploded onto the scene in 2022.
Thanarattrakul finished fourth in a €30,000 buy-in event at the Triton Poker Series Madrid in May 2022, and walked away with $277,050. Four months later, Thanarattrakul headed to Cyprus for another Triton Poker Series where he racked up a handful of massive scores, including one tipping the scales at $646,500.
The best was yet to come for Thanarattrakul, who finished second in the 2022 WSOP Online Main Event for an incredible $2,094,885, a result that catapulted him to second place in Thailand's all-time money listing.
Since that huge win, Thanarattrakul has won a€10,300 buy-in event at EPT Prague in December 2022 for $577,775 and helped himself to a $153,300 prize at the 2023 PokerStars Caribbean Adventure.
