Danny Wong is an American poker player from Los Angeles that won his first gold bracelet in Online Event #4: $600 No Limit Hold'em Ultra Deepstack during the 2023 World Series of Poker.
Wong is an established tournament grinder on the West Coast with over $5,000,000 in tournament earnings as of June 2023. His top score was as runner-up in the 2006 Bellagio Cup and he ran to 14th in the 2012 WSOP Main Event. Wong also has a third-place finish in the 2007 Bellagio Cup and a runner-up finish at the Fifth Annual Five Diamond Poker Classic in 2006.
The gold bracelet win was a long time coming for Wong, who has run deep in several events over the years. He has several final table finishes and he fell short in second place in Event #57: $10,000 2-7 Lowball Triple Draw Championship in 2021.
